Returns: All returns require an assigned RMA# and must arrive at our facility within 30 days of the original invoice date. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with all components and documentation, and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund.

Refused packages will incur outgoing and return shipping charges, determined by the shipping courier, regardless of the “free shipping” status of coupon codes or on the website.

Local Install Policy: NO Returns are accepted once parts are installed. P3X Performance offers limited labor warranty on installation only. Warranty on labor only pertains to installation errors and not to product defects. All product warranties and defects must be addressed with the manufacturer of the product and not the installer, P3X Performance.

Chargeback Policy: P3X Performance reserves the right to seek reimbursement from you if we receive a chargeback from any credit card issuer or with respect to any other payment method. In the event a chargeback has been placed when products/services were received or rendered, we reserved the right to seek all chargeback fees and unpaid balances by sending your account to collections for delinquency or other lawful means.

To initiate a return, contact [email protected] before shipping the package. Once documented, an RMA may be issued for the return. Packages lacking the RMA# will not be accepted. Returns for used parts, opened items, closeouts, or special order items are not accepted.
